  Linda is my reason for such review! Linda is amazing. She calls back and kept me inform of every step even with her being out a day for personal matters. I love the FREE after school child care but have yet to actually use it. I don't really like the manager attitude. I was quoted one price within the month of February and went back later in the same month to pay application fee but I was inform that the price I was told could not be honor because rates have increased 100 dollars.(In the course of Linda explaining the issue to the manager, she began to speak in Spanish and little did she know I knew what she said). I found it to be very rude and disrespectful. I was extremely upset but again due to Linda amazing service I did come back and pay( even after looking around at other apartment). Customer service is very important to me. I have lived here almost a month and so far everything has been great. I read some of the reviews below so I would be aware of what to look for. I have seen the comment about roaches. I have actually seen two small roaches in my apartment but again what do you expect when you have neighbors that may not be as clean as you are. I purchase my own poison($10) and haven't seen anymore. I have my 1st service issue. I called on Friday and told Linda about the issues. Juilo was out Saturday to see the issue and fixed them on Monday, He is also good about picking up trash in the area to keep it clean. I have no complaints. Traffic is pretty heavy but is expected based on the location. I love the ideal of it being a gated community( YES it actually works). Only one car can enter at a time. I don't like the fact you are only allowed one access card to the gate. Seems like I should be able to have two but the rules are the rules, I guess. I also love the safety feature of the outside lights of each apartment. They automatically come on as it's getting dark. For the most part it is a pretty quite neighborhood( I'm actually near the playground). So of course that is great. I agree with the lease term being a little crazy. Most importantly I feel safe. I realize Georgia people are great at reviews but leave out parts of the story of why they wrote such good or bad review!

• Review of "Evansdale Elementary School" at Doraville

  A strong neighborhood school with unique programs (STEM, French Immersion), a committed administration and wonderful teachers. Part of a great feeder pattern. Lucky to have strong parental support and involvement including a PTA and fundraising arm (Evansdale Education Foundation). The school rises above some of the general messes created by the county and has adapted well to recent demographic shifts. The school is now Title One assisted which means more resources ($$$) are coming in to the school that will benefit all the children.

  without lying the reality that the apartments are very clean, and the very friendly staff was living for almost 3 years and I never had any problem. Nights that arrived too late and I never had any problems of any kind. thanks corner stone

  Its just extortion and fund raising, almost everyone in court "group" paid the Max fines. Never seen a court care less about taxpayers or safety, but they make sure to dish out the max fine amounts.
