- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A strong neighborhood school with unique programs (STEM, French Immersion), a committed administration and wonderful teachers. Part of a great feeder pattern. Lucky to have strong parental support and involvement including a PTA and fundraising arm (Evansdale Education Foundation). The school rises above some of the general messes created by the county and has adapted well to recent demographic shifts. The school is now Title One assisted which means more resources ($$$) are coming in to the school that will benefit all the children.By Lauren Shankman, January 14, 2018
